Provide good models of contributions made by other users. This helps newbies.
This pattern is useful in Collaborative Translation situations where there are few if any opportunities for directly training new contributors.
Newcomers to a Collaborative Translation community may not have a clear idea of what is expected of them, in terms of style or quality.
Therefore, provide newcomers with a sample of "models" that exemplify what a good contribution should look like. Those examples should be easy to find for beginners. For example, you might email them to new users after they have registered, or have made their first contribution.
